FCV Members Honored During ESPOL's 67th Anniversary Celebration

As part of the solemn celebration of the 67th anniversary of the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL), commemorated every October 29th, a tribute was paid to the most outstanding members of its community. On this occasion, the Faculty of Life Sciences (FCV) stood out as two of its members received prestigious awards for their excellence and dedication.

The distinction for Best Professor in the Field of Teaching was awarded to Dr. Fernanda Bertuccez, who has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to training future professionals, inspiring her students, and maintaining high-quality standards in the classroom.

Additionally, the essential work performed behind the scenes in research and practical teaching was recognized. Biologist Joseph Berrúz received the award for Best Laboratory Technician, highlighting his efficiency, professionalism, and fundamental contribution to the smooth operation and development of the Faculty's experimental and scientific activities.
