With the firm goal of narrowing the gap between academia and the productive sector, the Life Sciences Faculty (LFS) hosted an intensive corporate engagement session. The event brought together students from the Biology and Agricultural Engineering programs with representatives from leading companies to explore the competencies and professional profiles currently demanded by the global market.

During the event, future professionals had the opportunity to interact directly with recruiters and technical experts from high-level organizations, including: Traviser, Prilabsa, AVISID, Precisagro, JAPU Foundation, and TVGREEN. These companies shared their vision regarding current challenges in the agro-industrial, biotechnological, and conservation industries, allowing students to align their academic paths with the real-world needs of the labor market.

This space served not only as a platform to learn about job openings or internships but also to understand the critical soft and technical skills that companies value today. Through these initiatives, the LFS reaffirms its commitment to training professionals who not only master science but also possess a clear market vision and high professional competitiveness.
